A career built across healthcare, finance, and operations
Mark Benveniste's background spans healthcare, business development, product commercialization, finance, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organizations and teams through periods of growth and transformation — consistently increasing revenue, improving productivity, strengthening client relationships, and delivering sustainable business results.
His hands-on experience includes leading revenue-generating initiatives for hospitals through Hospital Revenue Partners, where he focused on predictive data analysis, real-time physician chart reviews, DRG validation, and denials appeals. As Chief Operating Officer of Senior Helpers of Greater Atlanta, he oversaw operations, profit-and-loss management, performance metrics, and growth strategy for a leading provider of in-home care for seniors. Earlier, through the Readmissions Reduction Group, he advised executive teams on evidence-based products and services designed to reduce hospital readmissions and improve patient care.
Recognized for trusted relationships and clear counsel
Mark is recognized for building trusted executive relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and communicating complex concepts in a clear and actionable manner. He takes a vendor-agnostic approach — taking the time to understand an organization's unique needs before matching them with best-fit partners from a curated, rigorously vetted network. Rather than simply making introductions, he stays engaged as an ongoing advisor to ensure every partnership delivers measurable, lasting results.
